Welcome to the Branch
The London Home Counties Branch serves Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Kent, (Greater) London, Middlesex and Surrey. However, because London is an accessible location we welcome Association members from outside these counties as Branch members. We currently have members residing as far a field as Tyne & Wear, Wales, East Anglia and Oxford on our roll.
Branch Officers and Committee Members
The Branch is run and managed by a small committee.
Meetings
Branch meetings are held quarterly, in Mar/Jun/Sep/Dec, on the SECOND THURSDAY of the month. The Dec meeting consists of the AGM and Quarterly meetings.
Branch Subscriptions
Association Members who wish to become full (subscribed) members of the LHC Branch are invited to make an annual subscription of £5 towards the cost of running the Branch.
Branch Associates
The Branch welcomes relatives, friends, colleagues and other appropriate persons as Branch Associates.
Visits/Activities
The Branch has an annual programme of visits/Activities. Some visits are in conjunction with other organisations. Members are invite to suggest venues. Locations suitable for a half day/full day visit within reasonable striking distance of London, with facilities for refreshments/lunch are preferred. You are welcome to submit photographs for inclusion in this website.
The RAF Police London Reunion
This 'open' reunion has been taking place for many years. In recent years, it has come under the auspices of the LHC Branch of RAFPA. However, it is open to any member or ex-member of the RAF Police 'family', with their guests being especially welcomed. Membership of the RAFPA is NOT necessary to attend this relaxed, informal, congenial occasion. It is held annually, currently at The Victory Services Club, Seymour Street, London in late October. There is the option of dining or not as you wish.
Feedback
We welcome your feedback on the Branch, its activities and this website.
