The Branch meets quarterly, on the SECOND Thursday of the month, in Mar/Jun/Sep/Dec. The Dec meeting consists of the AGM and Quarterly meetings.

The nearest main line station is Victoria about 10 - 15 mins walk; nearest Underground is St James Park 5 mins walk. Members should book in at the Guardroom and produce their RAFPA ID card. Associates are required to produce a photo ID. You will then be directed from the gate. There is a lift to the Mess level.
We gather about 1900 to commence business at 1930. (The AGM in December commences at 1900). The business of the meeting normally lasts for c60-90mins. Members, associates and accompanied guests are welcome. The bar is open from 1900 till late. The drinks are at service mess prices. The location is an active military mess and a formal dress code is implemented. Gentlemen are required to wear a jacket and tie. Casual wear, eg: jeans, singlets, flipflops, etc are not acceptable.
Please note that food is not available in the Mess, but there is a wide selection of outlets in Victoria Station and the local area.
We usually hold an informal raffle during the meetings. Attendees are encouraged to 'bring a prize' but it is NOT obligatory. Proceeds are used for the benefit of the branch.
If you have not attended before, give it a try! Please make yourself known to a member of the committee - you will be made most welcome. The formal part, which is necessary to conduct our business, is accompanied by an informal, relaxed, social element.
Attendees should note that the Mess operates a ‘no smoking’ policy.
